SIMPLE EXPLANATION ABOUT THE CREATION OF SUPERNOVAE

In simple words SUPERNOVA means a star that suddenly releases extreme brightness because of a huge explosion that ejects most of its mass. This is a simple definition about the supernova. Now I’m going to the in depth explanation about supernova. I hope you’ll clearly understand and enjoy it well.
Stars are mostly made up of hydrogen, the and lightest element in the universe. The enormous gravitational pressure of so much material compresses and triggers nuclear fusion ( fusion means when two or more atoms combine to form a single product, while the fission is disintegration or breaking of elements like Uranium) in the star’s core. This process releases energy from the hydrogen atoms and as a result of this process the star shine.
Over many millions of years, fusion transforms hydrogen atoms into heavier atoms or elements like Helium, Carbon and Oxygen, burning subsequent elements faster and faster to reach the more heavier elements like Iron and Nickel. Now you’re thinking that how it is, because all the elements in the periodic table are only differ by the numbers of Electron, Proton and Neutron.
However, at that point, nuclear fusion no longer releases enough energy and the pressure from the core peters out. The outer layer collapse into the centre and bouncing back from this sudden injection of energy. As a result the star explodes forming supernova.
The extreme pressure of a collapsing star is so high, that subatomic Protons and Electrons are forced together in the core, forming Neutrons. In this way positively charged Protons and negatively charged Electrons are collapsed to form neutral Neutron.
