• Hey man, you're doing exactly the great and the greatest things that you're supposed to do. This is a great start to the grand writing ritual that I'm gonna practice now in order to express myself fully from the bottom of my heart.
   
• AT first let me romanticize recent events that happened very naturally and dramatically. As almost all my near and dear ones knows the fact that I admire Miss SB (for her privacy of course :) very much that whenever I met people from Unit-1 during lunch time or so they smile at me with a happy face indicating or you can say reminding me about the matter. Among the various topics that I tend to discuss with some close colleagues the topic of female is an important one. We share our various experiences related to females and their psychology. In such female convos I don't know how I start talking about magnificent things about her. And interestingly colleagues also praises about her exceptional personality unconditionally, which is why I'm kind of devoted to her with an open heart.
   
• Now let's get into some events that unfolded recently which make me feel something that I perhaps couldn't describe here fully although I'm great at expressing things (sadly she doesn't like the individuals which are expressive in nature, and I know she'll regret regarding this, the expressiveness of mine helped me personally to achieve great feats in my career as well as in relationships with people I met with till date. No body can say I misunderstood them or I have some fault in my personality of which I didn't open to listen to correct even myself. So the fact if the matter is that I become so open and transparent with people that they open their pages of their lives so easily and emotionally with huge trust that I sometimes get shocked how this things are happening, how people are trusting me to share their secrets and their special experiences. Later I found that due to my expressiveness and openness in heart win people's trust to unfold their awesome as well as bitter stories. Now let's get into the real events which made me feel something something:
   
• It's an unfortunate story for our department that one trainee got confirmed while other didn't and strangely there's no any formal management discussion on the topic of why one trainee didn't cross this milestone or not allowed to cross it. I personally feel that if I have a trainee under me I carry the responsibility of developing her to an extent from where he/she can move ahead with their own. But I hugely lacked here as an HoD and failed to give her the confirmation/promotion. I personally with my immediate boss also discussed with the Hod about confirming SB with immediate effect but his heart is so solid that he didn’t even recognized the lag he possessed. So we made a deal of confirming her in next 3 months which system actually allows for confirmation request in 3 months or 6 months like that with our HoD. I'm not feeling good when I see her among our colleagues as I know the feeling of being not confirmed on time, it felt like I was left behind, which exactly happened with me last year during my confirmation as well. My confirmation was delayed by 2 weeks for not able to convince my boss about some complaints he has for me. Finally I managed to convince him with my professional approach of data driven insights of the efforts I made which led me stand in this current position. Now let's express things straightly: I viewed this event as universe's decision to bring us closer to one another as it is happening. I promised her recently that I will make her understand the standard electrical circuit drawings as advised by her Hod to get these concepts acquired before getting the confirmation in next 3 months ending in November 2026. So whenever I get time I'm giving her required training to understand those concepts before delving into the real world electrical systems with drawings. She also enjoys new concepts and the way I make her understand. Honestly I'm putting these real efforts for her development for one core fact that in last two years there's a constant void of such a colleague which can impart the knowledge in me the way I'm imparting to SB. The void I got shouldn’t be transferred to our next gen of engineers. Beside personal interests I commit to her professionally for developing her to the threshold from where she can uplift herself by own. I'll follow the same approach if someone else is in her position. But universe has a beautiful plan I guess which is gradually unfolding due to my unconditional admiration for her. Let's explore this majestic journey as always with my open heart accepting whatever or however our bonding may unfolds..!
   
• Another instance of the universe trying to unite us during the Ganesh Chaturthi. I personally not involved in any puja or rituals but on that very day I have no idea how I ended up helping her to craft a grand Ganesha murti. Such divine acts is so special for me to make my mind & body so light to swim through the air and perhaps to the space for eternal peace with special powers to survive in deep space without air & food. Yes she is special for me at the end.
   
• I deeply feel she's lucky for me. I'm saying this from the fact that I recently overcome from a digestive issue which was not getting cured from a long. When we're becoming closer to one another I don't know how I somehow got the discipline to follow a specific veg diet to eliminate the problem. I see this as her blessing as she possesses great spiritual power. And I feel this too that I'm too lucky for her but don't know when she'll realize this fact!
   
• Again our short union happen in the divine days of Biswakasrma puja. She invited me to bring the sacred Idol in my car along  with other important items. I felt blessed to offer a ride to the world's greatest craftsman along with the special admired person of mine.
   
• The fact that she's lucky for me proved once again just last night on 4th Oct 2026. During the day our 2 Nos Manager and 1 Nos highly skilled colleague in instrumentation went to Packing plant for fixing the Packer communication issue. They did solved the issue but for only 30 mins to 1 hour max..! Finally when the issue arises 5-6 times I was called by 2 Nos managers to make a visit to the site for a close inspection and I was involved in the sophisticated task of replacing communication rings of Beumer Packers in our last shutdown with precise soldering skills of mine to perfectly complete the task. I went to site and found all necessary checks are absolutely okay. 2 Nos Electricians were also present with me and they said they also did the same maintenance tasks and I was doing but as per them the issue again arises after some time. Then suddenly one electrician mentioned her name and started respectfully teasing me for the fact that I nowadays spent most times with her as per them. I also smiled at them which is also a fact, the smile came naturally and I couldn't defend myself. Then something clicked on my mind. I give her name to a spiritual touch and instructed 2 Nos electricians to start the Packer now with recitation of the Holy devi Maa SB like Jai Maa SB. They exactly did the same with open heart and amazing smile. And to our surprise the Packer is running till now from last 12 hours and Rake loading is going on. So the fact of the matter is SB is lucky for me and for our plant perhaps. I respect and love her as someone I admire the most just like the admiration I have for my own sister. SB is special for me and indication of which I am getting in the real world. Signing off with love & gratitude!

Date: 03/01/2026

Today on 3rd Jan 2026 we resolved a very much trending problem which greatly affects our cement products production:
       

• One Mill Compressor 533CP2 (Make: CP, Model: CPI75) is continuously tripping on showing "Overload motor/fan motor" message on the HMI screen.
• So as the first step we take the equipment in Local and take the each phase current readings.
• The readings are around 110A on each phase which is greater than the FLC 96.
• After taking Local trials few times now an another problem arises.
• When starting the compressor it runs on Star to reduce the initial current drawn and then it switch to Delta after 6 seconds timer given by the Controller, the motor trips showing the same message.
• We observed this issue multiple times and reached in the conclusion that when the switching happens from Star to Delta at the very instant the Main Contactor trips, means to holding is happening with the Main Contactor
• So we checked the NO add on block which is responsible for the Holding operation and found that the add on block is malfunctioning.
• After changing the block the Compressor is running fine few minutes but again trips on same message
• We opened all the cabinets and found the Rotary screw housing tank is overheating like cannot be touched
• After getting it inspected by the mechanical team it was found the Oil level was also low
• So the summary is that the Overloading problem is caused because of the both electrical and mechanical reasons.

While making progress on listening the Nikhil - Elon podcast I noticed a super important aspect that is gonna be the next big thing.

• Elon said that a company is nothing but some individual working for some products and services.
• Now my expertise is going to be used here in a most crucial way. As a man of deeply rooted in the grand philosophies, I can dive deep into such awesome philosophies and live on it whole heartedly.
• Why I am saying this is that a great company is only built by great leaders and a super productive team. And the leader and the team can be productive if and only if they're self-motivated by great means. Here the need of grand philosophies comes into the picture.
• The leaders running the organisation must at first well versed in understanding these grand philosophies to guide his team for the supreme vision and mission statements. Then only they can lead the team for the big means and the team will execute tasks happily with clear goals in mind.

Today is a great day for me as a professional Electrical Engineer! Let me explain in detail to express my joy of learning something new by hands on experimentation with live industrial systems. By explaining the learnings in this way I feel a great relief from my heart and quickly attain a state of complete BLISS…!

So let me explain in detail pointwise..

• I've been working in this great organization from the past 1.5 years. But I never been into such deep hands on experimentation with an electrical equipment

• I would say the reason due to not getting involved into the deep analysis and understanding of the electrical equipments was due to the growing pressure of the project works and not having a great teammate with a bit of same level of skillset.

• But fast forward to this date I will say I'm with a great team of engineers that encourages me to explore, try and learn new things on a regular basis. As a result of this new team members presence, the teammates (only 1 actually) of our existing team also gets encouraged and get involved in today's great exploration and learning experience

• Today we have partially dismantled and completely understood the functioning and operation of the Air Circuit Breaker. 

• The reason behind this work is that we're not able to Turn ON this Breaker because the Ready status is not coming OK. Later we resolved this issue and the status becomes OK as shown in the following images…!

• So we're having this Siemens make ACB of rating 1600A. It has many interlocks to operate safely. One of the interlock is the READY status of the Breaker. It means if this Ready is OK then only we can Close the Breaker otherwise if we try to forcefully Close it then it may malfunction or in short it will damage the electro-mechanical interlock mechanism as we can see in the naked ACB image.

• In short the main root cause was the Under Voltage (UV) Coil inside (right side coil) which was not energized and as a result the Ready was not OK. It's called UV Coil because when there will be actual Under Voltage condition then the Coil will not be energized and it's plunger will not get inside to release the Ready OK status mechanical contacts. And when there is adequate 220VAC supply then the coil will operate and make the Ready Statius OK.

• There are 2 more coils, one of which is also causing the Ready status becoming not OK:

• One is Close coil and another is Shunt or Open coil.

• These coils are for remote operation. Means we can remotely Turn ON and OFF the Breaker

• The Shunt coil is by default is energized due to which the Breaker is getting the OFF command and hence the Ready status is not becoming OK.

• So by rectifying this two crucial issues we get the Breaker status OK

Here I'm explaining in short because I understood the matter very closely with my hands touching and fixing each components. But we literally standing in front of the Breaker up to 7-8 hours figuring out what actually went wrong with it. And it is actually worth it. The core components of a Breaker that we're ignoring  from last year from during the commissioning period, just clicked in our minds in few hours. And it was possible due to the belief of our seniors in us who gave us the freedom to play with the equipment safely and explore in our own pace…!

Today I'm reading a book The Great Challenge by Osho. Between the pages I gone through the lines as follows:

"Here's a thought came to my mind after treading this piece of philosophical thought. The word ugliness has struck something into my mind. I always try to see patterns in the existence or in nature, through which I can relate the things and understand the working if the nature/existence. Now when we look into the natural creatures, we see various patterns. For example a herd of Zebra or a pride of Lions have almost lookalike appearances. In this way if we look at almost all the natural creatures has the same pattern of appearance, means you cannot say this Lion looks majestic and this lion looks odd or bad. Now if we see the level of intelligence of the creatures then irrespective of the intelligence of all the all creatures the appearance of the creatures are the same. Unlike the humans where we can observe randomness in this regard. Means what I want to point out here is that the nature by default create the best possible outcome as we have seen in case of all the creatures. Nature does the same thing with the Humans as well as we are all handsome and beautiful. But we sometimes see the odds in this regard like some ugly looking person. That oddness is created due to the interference of human intelligence with the Nature's intelligence. In the process of creating the beat possible outcome nature faces the bad effects of human desires and thoughts which I think interrupts the normal natural creation. And this results in the ugly human formation with various other defects which a normal natural human being doesn't have!"

These are my raw thoughts that I captured in mind by putting them into my journal. I named my journal as Impact Journal and I note every piece of sacred thoughts to great ideas in this journal with this super awesome name which inspires me to write something in this notebook everyday!!

So let's get back to the topic of today's insightful talk.
